1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or making reservations through TravelVerse (B2C & B2B Partner Network), you agree to comply with all terms and conditions set forth herein.

2. Booking Rules & Price Locking

• Flight Reservations: Flight fares are subject to real-time airline inventory availability. Fares are locked upon successful payment authorization.
• Hotel Reservations: Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM unless specified otherwise by the hotel property. Govt photo ID is mandatory at check-in.
• Bus Reservations: Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes prior to departure.

3. B2B Agent Partner Terms

• B2B Agents must maintain valid GSTIN & PAN details.
• Agent Wallet balances are non-transferable to third-party bank accounts except upon mutual contract termination.
• Agents are responsible for entering accurate traveller details and client markups.

4. Limitation of Liability

TravelVerse acts as an intermediary travel portal between users and travel suppliers (Airlines, Hotels, Bus Operators). TravelVerse is not liable for airline delays, weather cancellations, or property service disputes.
